Welcome to Coco Academy’s After-School Program, an intersection between old-school shop class and modern day technology, where young minds delve into the world of STEAM. Through hands-on experiences, they'll unleash their creativity and ingenuity.
At Coco Academy, we offer a dynamic curriculum encompassing 3D printing, laser cutting, robotics, and more. Your child will develop practical skills and gain fluency in innovative tools and technologies, empowering them to bring their ideas to life!

After School Mondays: Jan 4th - June 7th / 21 weeks / $1,008
After School Tuesdays: Jan 5th - June 8th / 22 weeks / $1,056
After School Wednesdays: Jan 6th - June 9th / 22 weeks / $1,056
Add-on: ICS only Early Dismissal: $528
ICS Early Dismissal Bridge Program Wednesdays (1:30pm - 3:30pm): Jan 6th - June 9th / 22 weeks / $528
After School Thursdays: Jan 7th - June 3rd / 21 weeks / $1,008

Program Closures:
Coco After School is open every scheduled weekday during the Winter / Spring session, excluding the following:
After School Mondays: March 22nd (PSD Spring Break), May 31st (Memorial Day)
After School Tuesdays: March 23rd (PSD Spring Break)
After School Wednesdays + ICS Bridge: March 24th (PSD Spring Break)
After School Thursdays: March 25th (PSD Spring Break)
After School Fridays: March 26th (PSD Spring Break)
Note: On days that your child’s school is closed and Coco After School is open, you may drop off your child between 3:30pm-4:00pm.
Pickup and Drop-Off
Once your child is registered, they will be picked up at their school dismissal time and walked to Coco Academy by one of our staff. If you are dropping off your child, you may do so between 3:30-4pm.
Absentee Policy
If your child is absent from school, please email cory@cocoacademyphl.com by 12pm. If your child is not present at pick-up, we will first contact your child’s teacher and school staff, then call parents/guardians. Absence notifications are very important.
Daily Program Schedule
• Students are picked up from local schools and walk directly to Coco Academy following their school’s dismissal
• Students who are being dropped off can arrive between 3:30-4pm
• 3:30-4pm Snack: Coco Academy will provide snacks such as Goldfish or Pirate’s Booty upon arrival. Feel free to pack your own snack.
• 4-5pm Students will work on the primary enrichment project
• 5pm Students can continue to work on their enrichment project or engage with a variety of STEAM activities throughout the space
•Pick-up ends promptly at 6pm. There will be a $25 late fee for pick-up after 6PM
What to Wear
Please dress your child appropriately for the weather. We will be walking every day, rain or shine.

Cancellation Policy
3% cancellation or transfer fee available up to one month before the start of classes. No refund or credit after that date, or for missed classes.
